You can replace or retrieve a damaged product within 3 days from the time the product is received
The process of exchange or return may take 10 working days.
The refund will be made after the damaged product arrives to us and confirms its condition
And then transfer the amount to your account within a working period of 3 working days from the date of receiving the product with us
When you want to replace the damaged product, and choose the alternative product, we ask you to transfer the amount of the difference between the damaged product and the replacement product if the price difference is found.
